Audience: All.  Description: As we transition to Google Analytics (GA) for Web traffic metrics, it is important that you learn how to access metrics for your Web content.  This training will cover the following:

  • Understanding popular metrics: Pageviews, Unique Pageviews, Bounce Rate, etc.
  • Creating standard reports on your content
  • Creating GA Shortcuts
  • Exporting/emailing reports
  • Locating training resources

Using the ForeSee (a.k.a ACSI) Portal 

Audience: All.  Description: The ForeSee survey tool provides us with invaluable Voice-of-Customer (VoC) data from visitors to EPA.gov. Using the ForeSee Portal, you can analyze customer satisfaction scores as well as open-ended text responses to help you transform and maintain your content.  This training will cover:

  • Accessing the ForeSee Portal
  • Understanding how the ForeSee Satisfaction Index is calculated
  • Analyzing trends over time
  • Segmenting data by audience type (e.g. Student) or topic of interest (e.g. Air)
  • Analyzing open-ended responses using the Comment Cluster tool
