Log Onto Web Account
This section explains how to log on to your new account for the first time. It assumes that you have:
- Contacted your ADP coordinator and obtained a 3-letter user id;
- Been issued your initial password;
- Been added by your ADP coordinator to the TSSMS account.
If you are accessing the servers from a computer outside the Agency's network, your ADP coordinator must have requested appropriate access for you. Also, please note that telnet access to the public access server is permitted only between 8:00 AM EST and 10:00 PM EST.
Functional Public Access Update Policy
Standard Public Access Update Period will be 8:00am to 10:00pm Eastern Monday through Friday.

Start a Telnet session by connecting to the host. For example, to logon to the public access server:
C:\WINDOWS> telnet epapub.epa.gov
You will be prompted for your assigned three letter user id. Enter it at the prompt and press enter. For example:
Next you will see the Password prompt. If you are logging in for the first time, enter the password given to you. You will be asked to change this password to something only you know. When you have done this, you will be logged into the system. For example:
When prompted with "Enter project:," enter your account code, (usually the TSSMS name), which was given to you when you were added in TSSMS. If you are unsure of your account code, contact your ADP Coordinator. For example:
