When PROTRAC is Required

The Office of Web Communications (OWC) is no longer reviewing new or redesigned web areas through the PROTRAC tracking system.

However,

  • OWC is reviewing new features, subsections or pages of existing websites through PROTRAC,
  • the Office of Multimedia (OEAEE / OM) still requires that that video projects be submitted through PROTRAC,
  • the Office of Special Projects and Initiatives still requires that print projects be submitted through PROTRAC, and
  • your AAship or Region might require that you use PROTRAC for web, print or video.  Please check with your communication staff.
