Web Executive Board (WEB)
Roles, Responsibilities and Expectations
As part of the new Web governance structure, a Web Executive Board (WEB) has been established. The WEB is a group of senior and resource managers whose role is to:
- Consider recommendations presented by the National Web Content and Infrastructure Mangers
- Make decisions regarding online policy and resource matters with EPA-wide applicability
- Discuss operational issues requiring EPA senior-level input
The WEB's responsibilities and expectations are to:
- Speak for their respective organizations and commit resources to meet Web requirements
- Be accountable for their organization's online communications
- Work with their respective Communications and Public Affairs Directors
- Meet as needed (2 - 3 times a year, more often in early FY 2012)
